According to an analysis by Imovirtual, average residential rental prices fell by 13.5% at the end of 2020 after the 20.9% drop during the lockdown compared to the same period in 2019. Prices fell from €1198 in 2019 to €1036 in 2020.
The average price fell by 9.6% in early 2020 compared to the same period in 2020 to €1191, with a decrease of 13.3% in the period of lockdown.
According to Imovirtual’s real estate barometer, the average price of properties listed for sale increased in 2020 compared to 2019, and the lockdown period showed the most significant rise, from 11.3% to €352,339.
