AICCOPN’s report consists of a monthly survey of the Urban Rehabilitation market.
According to the Urban Rehabilitation Barometer published today by AICCOPN (Associação dos Industriais da Construção Civil e Obras Públicas, the Activity Level and Order Book indices once again registered significant growth.
The Level of Activity index saw an increase of 16.5% y-o-y, similar to that in October (16.7%). The Order Books index, which measures executives’ opinion regarding trends in work orders, increased by 18.3% y-o-y, higher than in the previous month (16.0%).
Contracted production, an indicator that estimates the time required to work at a normal production rate, stood at 8.8 months, a slowdown compared to the previous month and stable compared to the figure for a year ago.
