The project, which combines proximity to the city centre with the tranquillity of living together with nature, is Nexity’s second residential project.
Nexity chose Dafundo for the development. The area features a combination of proximity to the capital’s centre with an unequalled quality of life. The project, called Turquesa, is going up with the Tagus River in the background, surrounded by the greenery of the Jamor Park, a stone’s throw from museums, other cultural venues and sports facilities.
Turquesa boasts a gross construction area of 6,576 m2, with a total of 61 flats. The apartments range in size from studios to four bedrooms, with prices starting at €182,000 and going up to €1,400,000. The project will provide a diverse array of housing designed for young people starting in life and for families or even investors. Its flats were designed with terraces, balconies or gardens, and an interior, common garden square for its residents’ enjoyment. Besides the 61 apartments, Nexity is also planning to build two small shops and a public car park.
The flats at Turquesa officially began sales on Tuesday, April 13. Thirty percent of the apartments have already been reserved, resulting from a pre-sales period aimed at a database of registered clients.
