Six-Month Euribor Falls to New Low

Six-month Euribor rates have fallen to a new all-time low.

Six-month Euribor interest rates have fallen to a new all-time low, according to the newspaper Notícias ao Minuto. Euribor rose at three months, fell at six months and held steady at 12 months compared to Wednesday.

The most used in Portugal to index mortgages, the six-month rate, fell to -0.548%, a new all-time low and down by 0.001 points than in the previous session.

The three-month Euribor rose to -0.589%, up 0.013 points on Wednesday, against a low of -0.605% on December 14.

The 12-month rate remained at -0.508% for the third consecutive session, versus a low of -0.515%, recorded on February 2 this year.
