SIC’s Former Premises on Sale for 12 Million Euros

The former headquarters of SIC is up for sale or lease. The consultancy firm JLL is responsible for the marketing, on an exclusive basis, of the site at 119 Estrada da Outorela, in Carnaxide. The Leasing Markets Advisory department is leading the marketing.

The former premises of SIC are for sale for 12 million euros or rent for around 65,000 euros per month.

The currently vacant asset is owned by a real estate fund managed by Santander Asset Management and combines office and warehouse areas. The property that housed the offices and television studios of SIC is located a few minutes from the centre of Lisbon. It was built in the early 1990s and adapted by SIC for its studios and a new office area.

Until recently, it was the headquarters of the first private Portuguese television channel, providing 7,080 m² of leasable area on four floors. The ground floor totals 4,140 m² for commerce and services and comprises two distinct areas, one of which houses the former studios. Floors 1 and 2 have around 950 m² for offices, including an open space area on the top floor. With 1,020 m², floor -1 houses the technical areas. The property also has a large patio area with outdoor private parking with a capacity for 115 vehicles.

The asset, located in Carnaxide, municipality of Oeiras, benefits from good accessibility and is a short distance from the centre of Lisbon. It is a part of the office area corresponding to the West Corridor, which has been consolidated in recent years due to the large number of well-known national and international companies that have chosen to install their headquarters there.
