14 December 2020 – The developer Habitat Invest has already laid the first stone for its latest project, Alcantara Lofts at Avenida 24 de Julho.
Located in the Alcântara area of Lisbon, the residential housing project will convert the former Bingo of the Atletico Clube de Portugal, a 19th-century industrial building, into 33 flats, from studios to two-bedroom apartments, along with a swimming pool and indoor garden. The project, which the architect Manuel Cotinelli Telmo Pardal Monteiro is designing, will preserve the historic façade.
The new residence will be located in front of the recently inaugurated Cuf Tejo Hospital, in a riverside area that has lately been revitalised. The real estate agency Five Stars – Brokers is in charge of sales of the Alcantara Lofts, and 80% of the flats have already been reserved.
