Nova Vila Retail Park was developed by the Mitiska REIM group, while Broadway Malyan is responsible for the new retail space’s architectural design, which is scheduled to open in the first half of 2023. The total investment is likely to surpass 20 million euros. Under development by Mitiska REIM, a European investor in the convenience real estate sector, the new space has around 22,000 square metres of gross leasable area and 18 shops. The stores will all be on the ground floor, and there are also technical and service areas in the back of the units with a separate access. The Nova Vila Retail Park will also have a large private car park with 875 parking spaces totally free of charge.
