9 December 2020 – In Foz do Sousa, in the municipality of Gondomar, and just 10 kilometres from the cities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, the new development of Douro Village is already under construction.
The project, which will consist of a total of 24 villas, is being marketed by Medium Imobiliária and was designed by the architectural studio HMVN for the builder and developer Adopthouse.
Six villas are expected to be completed by the end of the first half of 2021. Construction areas range from 267.60 square metres to 273.50 square metres, on plots with 140.30 to 278.70 square metres of surface area.
