Foz Vintage to Invest €120-Million in World Trade Center Project

9 December 2020A Porto-based developer will erect a new business complex called the World Trade Center in Carnaxide, in Metropolitan Lisbon. The project is scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2022.

The project by Foz Vintage, a Porto-based company created in 2018, will involve a total investment of €120 million. The World Trade Center will comprise three separate buildings with offices, a hotel, auditorium and shops, and has met all the necessary requirements to use the WTC brand, though it is not a skyscraper.

The WTC Lisbon will have a total of 70,000 m2 spread out over three buildings. That will include 25,000 m2 of offices and 4,000 m2 of commercial areas for restaurants, shops and gymnasiums. The third building will boast a 127-room hotel and an auditorium for 205 people, along with 1,700-m2 of shops. Lastly, the development will have 10,000 m2 of gardens and outdoor spaces and parking for 1000 cars.
