6 November 2020 – The Fortera Group has announced that it will invest 100 million euros in the construction of a development which will have a hotel, offices, flats, a congress centre and a retail area.
Fortera Group’s CEO Elad Dror announced in a statement that work will begin in 2021 and be completed within two to three years. The “Skyline” development will also create 500 new jobs.
The architect, Souto Moura, was invited to design a 160-room hotel, a congress centre and 100 flats, all part of the development located on Rua General Torres.
