The office building, known as the former headquarters of Somague, is located next to Beloura Business Park in Sintra. The asset, which the previous owners built, comprises approximately 7,500m2, 409 parking spaces, three floors and is set in a plot with a total area of 27,300m2. The property also includes a construction potential of 11.000m2, allowing for a future expansion.
The deal is the result of a partnership between The Edge Group and the Ardma FCR fund. WORX – Real Estate Consultants was responsible for advising the owner in the sale of the building to The Edge Group, in an investment of more than 8 million euros.
