The Sudoeste Retail Park will have a gross leasable area of approximately 14,500 m2, where 20 Portuguese and international brands from the most varied sectors of activity will open shop.
Already considered one of the largest in Portugal and the largest of its kind in the Algarve, the development will certainly be a point of reference and interest for the whole region. In an excellent location, next to the A22 (Via do Infante) and the EN125, the retail park represents an investment of around 25 million euros. The new development should lead to the creation of approximately 120 jobs during the construction stage and about 500 jobs once the development is up and running.

Construction, which is in the hands of Telhabel Construções SA, began in January this year and is scheduled to finish before the summer of 2022.
