Picoas Plaza shopping centre has had a new owner since December. The open-ended real estate investment fund Imofomento, managed by BPI Gestão de Ativos, acquired the shopping centre from Caixa Geral de Depósitos for 15 million euros.
Located in Lisbon’s centre, Picoas Plaza has two floors of shops in a commercial area of 4,958 m², according to Inogi, the company responsible for the property’s management in 2020.
The shopping centre also has a covered car park with 513 spaces, a large dining area with an esplanade and garden and a Fitness Hut sports club.
