Last December, the Imofomento fund acquired the 16th floor of Tower 2 in the Amoreiras development in Lisbon and has only now revealed the operation. The fund bought the office floor from Laje Capital Group, an investment and asset management company. The transaction, which was finalised on December 22, represented an investment of 6,763,871.54 euros by Imofomento, BPI’s real estate investment fund.
Laje Capital itself has offices on the 1,366-m2 floor, along with Plen Sociedade de Advogados and the Biz Group.
That month, BPI also acquired an office building in Porto for 1.07 million euros, along with the rights to a vacant building on Rua dos Bacalhoeiros, in Lisbon, for two million euros.
