Bondstone and Violas Ferreira Invest €28 Million in New Venture in Porto

The Greenstone luxury residential project will be going up in the heart of Foz do Porto.

Violas Ferreira Holding has partnered with Bondstone (Louvre Properties) to develop a major new residential project in Nevogilde.

The new development, construction on which started this week, involves an investment of 28 million euros. Several units have already been reserved in the last months. The new project includes 2-to-four bedroom townhouses and garden villas with areas between 140 m2 and 225 m2 and private gardens and exclusive sky villas (penthouses with sizes between 210 m2 and 355 m2).

Greenstone is one of the best-kept secrets in Nevogilde, one of the most exclusive areas of Porto. The development will have 36 homes with independent accesses, divided between townhouses (two bedrooms, with two floors and private gardens), garden villas (t 3 and 4 bedrooms, also with two storeys and private gardens) and finally sky villas, exclusive units located on the top floors, with private rooftops and direct and independent elevator access.

All the houses boast large outdoor areas, unobstructed views, many green spaces and, in some cases, private pools, besides a spacious common garden that includes a pool and pool house for resident use.

Greenstone counts with the know-how and sensibility for detail of the architect José Carlos Cruz and the engineering firm of A400, responsible for other iconic projects in the city of Porto. The design focuses on contemporary design, comfort and sustainability. The new development includes landscaped roofs, solar energy, electric vehicle charging points and bicycle parking, among other features that make it stand out in the Porto real estate market.

The Violas Ferreira holding company is joined by Louvre Properties (Bondstone group brand). The latter firm specializes in developing high-end residential projects and has a portfolio of eight projects in Lisbon, Cascais and Porto, such as Alexandre Herculano 41, Scenic, The Nest, Excluxive and more recently The Coral Cascais.
