Sustainability, technology, and people’s well-being undergird the new office project planned for Lisbon. ALLO: Alcântara Lisbon Offices, an innovative office building concept, will go up in Alcântara, on the capital’s riverside. With an investment of 125 million euros, it is also planned to obtain the LEED, WELL and WIREDSCORE Gold certifications.
With an innovative technological concept oriented towards the latest trends in the labour market and a unique location facing the river, the project aims to promote creativity, collaboration, personal and professional growth and, above all, emphasise people’s well-being.
The ALLO comprises a gross aboveground construction area of approximately 39,000 m2, divided into two similar office buildings, each with seven aboveground floors, for a total GLA of around 34,000 m2. Designed by Saraiva Associados, each of the buildings also has four basement floors with a total of 681 parking spaces. The two buildings communicate at ground level through a central square where green areas predominate, promoting social interaction and fostering a sense of community. The project, which aims to provide the ideal place to work in Lisbon, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.
